3.25.10

March 25, 2010

The mouth opens,
but no words come out.

A thought forms,
but no action is taken.

Why do you hold yourself back?
You will never be able
to change that moment.

Do what you want
and say what you want
because the day
might never come
for you to retrace your steps.

Two lovers,
misinterpreted
by one another.

Their love
is interpreted as hate,
and before they
realize the truth,
it is far too late.

Their love
for each other
burnt like
fire in a forest,
unstoppable by man.
Their hate seemed
like words in the dust,
gone with the wind.

Tears fall
into the river of angst,
for these two lovers,
who could have,
who would have,
and should have,
but never did.

  2. great , a lovey poem,.well structured with a good use of diction and an appreciation for
    Their love
    for each other
    burnt like
    fire in a forest,
    unstoppable by man.
    Their hate seemed
    like words in the dust,
    gone with the wind.
    well done
